The Plein Air Painters' U.S. Open is an annual event in the
Ebey's Landing
National Historical Reserve (Coupeville, WA)
celebrating Plein Air painting. It is an open
competition with awards, a Gala Exhibition/Silent auction,
and a Public Exhibition/Sale, for the benefit of the Coupeville Arts
Center.
