Greetings Plein Air Painters!  The 4^th Annual Plein Air Painters’ US Open is scheduled for September 8-12, 2009, on beautiful Whidbey Island.  It promises to be another great event!

ELIGIBILITY
All skill levels of artists are welcome to participate in this event. 

LOCATION
Beautiful Whidbey Island is home to historic seaside towns (Coupeville and Langley); Fort Casey, Fort Ebey, and Deception Pass State Parks; Deception Pass Bridge, and much wildlife including eagles soaring above.
